Flyover gets council spruce-up

FIVE Teignbridge councillors have taken it upon themselves to spruce up the neglected area underneath the new South Devon Highway flyover.

Cllrs Phil Bullivant, Reg Winsor, Judy Grainger, Dennis Smith and Doug Hellier Laing have been hard at work trying to transform the land.

Earlier in the year the area was seeded to produce a wildflower meadow but the weather has affected the plant growth.
